We do not directly underwrite or issue insurance policies. Insurance policies are issued and managed by third-party insurance carriers.
2. Refund Eligibility
A. Policy Premium Refunds
Refunds for insurance premiums are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing insurance carrier.
If you cancel your policy:
- Refund amounts (if any) will be determined by the insurance carrier
- Refunds may be prorated based on the time coverage was active
- Some carriers may apply cancellation fees or short-rate penalties
Geicoflex Insurance LLC does not control carrier refund calculations.
B. Agency Service Fees
If Geicoflex Insurance LLC charges a separate service or administrative fee:
- Service fees may be non-refundable once services have been rendered
- Refunds for agency fees may be considered if cancellation occurs before policy processing
Any approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of your insurance policy at any time by contacting us.
Cancellation requests must:

- Be confirmed via phone and documented
Coverage will remain active until the cancellation is processed by the carrier.
We recommend not canceling existing coverage until replacement coverage is confirmed.
4. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Carrier refunds typically take 7–30 business days
- Agency fee refunds (if applicable) may take 5–10 business days
- Processing times depend on the payment provider and issuing carrier
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in cases including:
- Fraud or material misrepresentation
- Claims filed during the policy period
- Non-refundable carrier-imposed fees
- Completed administrative or consultation services
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback
- Policy cancellation may occur immediately
- Additional administrative documentation may be required
